True to You

Article 3

Being “true” to something means to form a commitment; we are habitual in our commitments every day. We are true to our schedules, our bosses, our schools, our friends, our children. We are true to our fandom of movie franchises, true to our political views, and societal norms. How much of that energy is being committed to your well-being? What is your practice for self-care? How much time do you dedicate to your spiritual growth? Be true to everything that serves your highest purpose in life, but understand that none of it works without the foundation of it all – you. Always be true to YOU.
